Wheres my extra money for Sunday ?

The Organisation of Working time act states that sombody should be paid a premium or extra for working on a Sunday. Rather ambiguously, it does not specify the exact amount or percentage of what constitutes a premium. 

 
For this case, that a person was not paid their premium for one Sunday, one time, they won an award against their employer of compensation of 1500 euros.

A sum equivalent to 4 weeks of the claimants wages.
