There are a number of key points to note about this case.
It's conclusion is 5 years after she was dismissed, sometimes cases can take a long time.
A protected disclosure does not require one years service for to claim for 'unfair dismissal'.
Just because an employer's case is defended by a solicitor or large well known specialist company, does not mean they will not lose it.
