Incorrect Respondent

Your case can not and will not succeed if you bring it against the wrong person or wrong company.

Why would a person do that ? It actually happens very frequently, not on purpose of course.
Companies can have a few different names that they trade under and people sometimes do not understand the law and  who is actually responsible for what they feel is wrong / unlawful.
