A lot of misunderstandings exist, on both sides, about breaks.

Employees, sometimes are a problem, believe it or not, in not wanting to take a break.

Breaks are a health and safe issue. Thry have to be given and taken.
From the employers point of view it is extremely important to ensure that there is a system of recroding breaks and making sure people take them.
A break, should be that. It should be different to the employees work area. In a hospital or care home, patients should not be in the 'break room'.
