Free HRT for Menopause

Honestly, some people are genuinely wondering what this is all about ?

Menopause has increasingly featured in employment law courts in recent years in Ireland and the UK.
With no direct relevant legislation it has featured under discrimination and disability claims. 

HRT, (Hormone replacement therapy), may not be for everyone, but there are certainly plenty who believe in it and welcome this somewhat surprising development from the budget.

Will claims decrease ? Is not the purpose of it. A lot of people will feel better and save a good bit of money. 
Is good for them, irrespective of what happens with claims.
