Irish Apple employee fails in unfair dismissal case against iPhone giant

Employees often mistakenly believe that the employer needs to be able to prove everything beyond reasonable doubt. As if they are in a criminal court. This is not the case. They only need their own genuine belief based on proof level 'the balance of probabilities'. Which is much lower level than a court of criminal law.
