Garden leave, also known as gardening leave, refers to a practice in employment where an employee who has resigned or is being terminated by their employer is required to stay away from the workplace during their notice period. 17 Jul 2024

An important point to note from this case, as it states in it, is that Adjudicators are not Mediators. They have a certain remit / role. They can not just step outside it if they feel like or someone asks them to. No more than anyone else can.
